Breaking Barriers Vision
We all reflect on what an impact being in sports and being fit played in our lives, it was where we created friendships, memories, built character, and develop crucial skills not only physical but life skills that stayed with us throughout our life. We realize how much is gain through fitness and sports and see the lack of resources for individuals diagnosed with disabilities. Because of this we want to bridge the gap and create opportunities for individuals with disabilities to engage in such activities. Within our classes we will teach basic fitness routines and exercises, sports and fun games, as well as incorporating social skills.
